I hit Next but the number won't go any higher — why?

Next can't call a number that hasn't actually been issued yet — it's capped at however many tickets have been taken from the kiosk.

A printer shows Offline — what do I do?

Printers is a Manager-only tab, so you'll need a Manager to check the printer bridge device and re-pair it if needed.

Do I need to press anything to print a ticket?

No — once a printer is paired and Online, every new ticket prints automatically as it's issued.
