A take-a-number queue for the counter, with an optional thermal printer for physical tickets.

Good to Know

Patrons take their own ticket: the public /ticket kiosk page is what patrons tap — no login needed, just open it on a tablet at the counter.
Printing is automatic once paired: if a paired printer's online, every new ticket prints itself — no extra button to press.
Staff can't see Printers or Settings: both tabs are hidden entirely for staff logins — pairing a new printer needs a Manager.
